Question 1

What happens in a Reiki coaching session?

Accepted Answer

You remain fully clothed and seated or reclined. Medicine Wheel, Usui Tibetan, Egyptian, and Kundalini Reiki are woven together to clear chakra distortion and energetic cords, and you leave with the guidance that came through for you.

Question 2

How long is a session?

Accepted Answer

Sessions run in focused 30-minute blocks, with longer private sessions available online and by appointment.

Question 3

Can I book online instead of in person?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Online spirit guidance and Reiki coaching are offered year-round through the same scheduling link.

Question 4

What if I need to reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email, or reply to it. Please give as much notice as you can so the time can be offered to another seeker.

Question 5

Do I need any experience with energy work?

Accepted Answer

None at all. Sessions are tailored to every skill set, from first-time visitors to practitioners seeking attunements.
